Refund Policy

When you Purchase from this site and Affordable Weaving Crafts/ Weaving Crafts you understand and agree that all sales are final due to customization and sanitation purposes.  No refunds or exchanges are allowed.  Affordable Weaving Crafts/ Weaving Crafts cannot resell once orders are shipped, used, customized, or lace has been cut or altered. We can and will make repairs if it is at our fault but returns and refunds are not allowed under any circumstance.  Please research and read product description or ask for a consultation before purchasing items to ensure that you receive the items that fit your needs. Please measure your head according to size chart if you don't know your cap size.   We ensure that you will be provided with the highest quality hair. Size can be adjusted. 

Please understand the following before purchasing Closure Units include body wave and straight (Basic - Plain) no color no special features. All units come natural black 1B.



Ready to Ship Wigs 


Ready to Ship Wigs come as the picture shows .  If a ready to ship unit is out of stock it can be preordered and will take from 7-21 days to  be shipped to your location .  You will be notified during the  process.  All these units are sold as the picture indicates . 

Wig Customizations 


Customizations are plucking hairline and prebleaching the knots. Basic Color can be added such as 613/99J. Customizations can be performed on BYOW (Bring Your Own Wigs) but is limited. Weave Crafter will have to examine the unit and make a decision if the service can be provided.  Customers will be notified by phone or email if the service can be provided with the unit. 

Please complete Drop off / Mail in Form to Start the process. Customizations take from 3-21 days status will be updated during the process.  


Wig Repairs and Revamps 


Repair and  revamp  requests will be accepted  by order form or in person. A weave crafter will inform the client/ customer if they can handle the order. If a form is not submitted the service can not be performed.  Repair and Revamp prices will be discussed  and agreed upon before request can be started.  Full payment must be made before services can begin.   Service will take 3-21 days depending on previous work load.   Weave Crafter is not liable for previously damaged wigs, lace,  or poor quality units.   We reserve the right to reject services, however we will inform client/ customer of other options that may fit their needs . Pictures of units will be taken prior to the crafter beginning.  Weaving Crafts /Affordable Weaving Crafts takes pride on our services and ensures an excellent experience.    Revamps do not include plucking and bleaching knots .



Shipping and Processing 


Items that are in stock can be shipped or delivered within 48 hours of order form submission. Items that are not in stock will require a 3 to 5 day Processing time and after that processing time Shipping may take from 5 to 14 days  on un-customized items . Weaving Crafts/Affordable Weaving Crafts is not responsible for stolen packages once they are shipped to the address on order form.  Shipping Address and Billing address must match before order can be placed. 

You will only receive a tracking number if your package is being mailed directly to your Shipping address/  Residence. Tracking numbers are  not provided if the order  is coming directly to Weaving Crafts/ Affordable Weaving Crafts.  

We will notify you by contact information provided once order  has arrived.  Pickup and Delivery must be scheduled with / Weaving Crafts /Affordable Weaving Crafts.   If any other situations occur outside the scope of this policy decision will be solely up to the owner of this business.
